DESCRIPTION:The Women’s Support Group meets weekly to cover topics such as boundaries\, assertive communication\, depression\, anxiety and self-esteem. The women in the group take turns having their voices heard\, and in turn\, give each other support and encouragement\, plus provide valuable resources from their own experiences. \nThe group meets Tuesdays from 2-3:30. Cost is $5. MUST schedule assessment by calling 817.927.4040. \n
