Share The Spirit Of Giving
The Women’s Center ends every year the same way, with our annual Holiday Program. Families, businesses, and organizations help clients celebrate the holidays by sponsoring families, wrapping presents and making donations.
For most recipients, the experience means much more to them than just receiving gifts; it’s about seeing goodness in others, feeling valued, and experiencing joy.
Gift Drop Off
Drop-off or ship the unwrapped gifts, gift cards and gift wrapping supplies to The Women’s Center.
Gift Drop-Off (these dates only):
Wednesday, December 4 | 8:30 am – 1:30 pm and 4:00 – 5:00 pm
Monday, December 9 | 8:30 am – 1:30 pm and 4:00 – 5:00 pm
You can also ship the gifts to be received no later than Monday, December 9.
Donate a Gift Card
Gift cards to Amazon or Target will allow The Women’s Center to provide Christmas for any children without a sponsor. Gift cards also help meet last minute needs for new clients’ children.
Please deliver gift cards during the days and times listed to The Women’s Center in person or by mail (preferably by Monday, December 9).
Sponsor a Family
Provide gifts for children and teens. Receive information about the children including ages, interests, and Christmas wishes.
Sponsors can drop off the new, unwrapped gifts to The Women’s Center during the designated drop off dates and times. You can also ship gifts to be received no later than Monday, December 9.
Provide Gift Wrapping Supplies
Just like the gifts themselves, our gift wrapping supplies are also donated to us. Join our season of giving by making our holiday gift deliveries possible! Please drop off wrapping supplies by Monday, December 9.
Supplies include:
- Kid-friendly gift-wrapping paper
- Gift boxes of varying sizes (no gift bags please)
- Bows and ribbon
- Scotch tape
- Self-adhesive tags
Wrap Christmas Gifts
Join other volunteers at The Women’s Center as we wrap donated gifts. Spirits are always high during these shifts!

Sherita, Holiday Program
When 37-year old Sherita arrived at The Women’s Center, she was living in a shelter with her five children. After her initial connection with the General Counseling Program, she joined the Employment Solutions Program to pursue a career in truck driving.
