2024 TCSAAC Conference

Dr. Matt Logan is a speaker and facilitator that specializes in Psychopathy, Risk for Violence, Sexual Predators, Conflict and Crisis Management and Trauma. He teaches regularly at police academies and has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Victoria, Trinity Western University, and BC Institute of Technology. Dr. Logan is an FBI trained hostage negotiator, and along with Dr. Robert Hare, he conducts PCL-R Workshops and seminars on the application of psychopathy to the criminal justice field.

Dr. Logan took a few years out of his policing career and went to prison as an Institutional Psychologist where he learned more about the mind of the Psychopath and Sexual Predator. He then came back to the RCMP and co-founded the Behavioural Science Group in Major Crimes Section in Vancouver, BC. He is a dynamic, engaging conference speaker and seasoned Expert Witness.
